1. Service Refunds

- A booking was canceled by SCROOSH
- Payment was deducted without service completion
2. Customer Cancellations
- Cancellations made before service initiation may be eligible for a refund
- Late cancellations may not be refundable
3. Product Refunds (Accessories & Auto Products)
Refunds are applicable if:
- Wrong or damaged product delivered
- Manufacturing defects
Products must be:
- Unused
- Returned in original packaging
- Reported within the specified return period
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed services
- Minor dissatisfaction after service completion
- Incorrect details provided by the customer
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may vary based on the payment provider
6. Refund Disputes
