SCROOSH aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

1. Service Refunds

Refunds may be applicable if:

  • The service was not delivered
  • A booking was canceled by SCROOSH
  • Payment was deducted without service completion

2. Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before service initiation may be eligible for a refund
  • Late cancellations may not be refundable

3. Product Refunds (Accessories & Auto Products)

Refunds are applicable if:

  • Wrong or damaged product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Reported within the specified return period

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services
  • Minor dissatisfaction after service completion
  • Incorrect details provided by the customer

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary based on the payment provider

6. Refund Disputes

All refund-related disputes will be reviewed by SCROOSH, and decisions will be final.
